So disappointed. Upon arrival the driveway, steps to the front door and porch area were covered in leaves and needles. Once we entered the home it smelled moldy and home was very cold. It appeared obiviously that no one had been in the home in sometime. You would think they would have had someone check on the home before guest arrived. We called family to bring a leaf blower so we could clear the steps and porch to avoid tracking into the home. discovered that both of the dehumidifers were not working becaused they were full. We dumped them and they started working. Ice makers was overflowing in a solid block. Coffee maker was absolutly filthy. We spent the first two hours getting the house ready for the rest of the guest. Most of the drapery rods did not work. The one in the bedroom facing the driveway, the cord was actually setting in side the heater. When we got back for dinner is was dark and the light over the garge were not work. We text the problems and recieved quick response. Lights were replaced next day .most bed mattress looked quite used. The home was very spacious and accomodated our family well. It was nice that we were able to get early access, which we spent cleaning, and late departure as we had ample time to say good by to family. Suggest the homeowner look into who cleaning and maintainance serve is.
