Cozy efficiency- living room and bedroom are the same room, large eat in kitchen with appliances, bathroom with shower/tub. We are 9 minutes from Mohegan Sun by car or Uber, and 14 min to Foxwoods casino. WiFi, cable, Basic cooking tools are in the apartment. 25 min to downtown mystic, seaport, and aquarium. 30 min to Harkness Memorial State park. 20 min to New London train station. Centrally located between Providence and Hartford- 45-50 min drive in each direction. 15 min to Sub Base-Groton

The entire apartment is yours, but there are tenants in the other apartment below and on the side, please always be respectful. Smoking outside only. The neighbors own a cat, I just like to warn guests who may have allergy issues.
