Upon arrival, we noticed the balcony was closed and boarded up making it inaccessible. We were not notified of this. Called the host requesting another unit and were told we would receive a call the following morning (Saturday). We did not receive a call. So we called again and were told WE should call again Monday because the office was closed. So we did, were told that we would receive information on this the next day (Tuesday) at check out. Unit was ok. Could tell it had not been deep cleaned in a while. Also, a couple of blankets smelled terrible as if used and not washed. I had to sweep the floors when we arrived as they were sandy, which was fine with me. Receiving terrible customer service is not. These people had no sense of urgency or empathy. Pictures of balcony and balcony description was false advertising. They think they “made up for it” by refunding a crappy 10% for four nights.
