The Querque Hotel

"The housekeeping was terrible. Room was dusty and dingy even after cleaning. Thick dust in vents. The lobby had a terrible smell constantly. At the hot tub, there was a large amount of human feces near the pool edge. When we reported this to the front desk, the response was “Well, did you get any on you?” We asked the front desk later for two extra pillows. After 40 minutes and still no pillows, we were told that there were no extra pillows available. The only time staff was helpful was at check in when we asked about gluten free restaurants nearby."
