Very clean hotel and beds are very comfortable, great location. Parking not ideal as it's a pain when you are booked in the off site lot. Need better black out curtains as they are only decorative on 2 sides and don't close and the liner behind the netting is not blackout. Both nights I stayed I had to tell noisy kids in the hallway to go make noise in their rooms instead. Where are the parents? Why am I having to tell your kids to be quiet? Did u pay for the entire floor or just a room?? Why are parents allowing their kids to make a racket in the hallway?? Kids will be kids but it's the parents responsibility to teach them it's not ok to make that level of noise in the hallway and disturb other guests ffs. This has nothing to do with hotel rooms other than they need better a little better soundproofing, u can hear everything from the hallway. But parents do your job better! Screaming fighting little kids in the hallway and where were you?? Jesus Christ

Hotel was good but could be better. Cleanliness was ok but the wall papers on the walls are peeling off and carpet were too. Needs renovation again . Parking was too expensive to park at the hotel $25? And $15 for far away parking which is ridiculous. Expensive and should be free. Microwave cost $10 a night even more ridiculous and should be included in all the rooms. Overall, a ok stay . Would I stay here again ? Maybe for the location since it’s very close to the falls but other than that; is no.
