The room was nice very clean couple of small issues when taking a shower you got the choice of super super hot or cold. It was very difficult and nearly impossible to regulate the water temperature. Also, the room was so hot. We tried adjusting the heat source did not work made for a very uncomfortable night sleep and the pillows for some may be OK but they were too hard for my liking, but the bed itself was very comfortable. Pearl and Hot Tub area we’re very nice and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a great location in Niagara Falls near the top of Clifton Hill and close proximity to many restaurants. The hotel was quiet, clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as I’m very happy with this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness centre was nice and clean.
