Good

Was a nice stay and convenient for the water park and right around the "corner” from Clifton Hill where all the fun stuff and shopping; is up the hill from Niagara Falls!!! Close but quite a walk back and forth. We were a family of 6( 3 kids and 2 parents and grandpa). The only thing I’d worry about is it’s dated, elevator kinda shimmies and hops. Fairfield waterpark is rough on the feet and peeling BUT my kids loved it and we played all afternoon at the Beach House and wave pool. My toddler played in the splash tot area and loved the little slide with water. Nice place, the courtyard on our floor was cool and they played a kid movie at night.

It is super convenient in location. You can do many things in the area without going too far for adults and kids. We had a blast. What we thought could use improvement/more care was the carpet smell and central air unit which we had a problem with the first day. Maybe invest in having better fans available for when units break down.

This property was staffed with rude front desk members. Our waterpark passes were only honored one if the 2 days promised. Noisy neighbors that partied until 3 am with no security check-ins.

Checkin personal wasn’t very friendly, room had a smell, food boxes were left on the dresser, electrical. Also had some random people walk into our room the front desk checked them into our room.

We want to apologize to you for the unpleasant odor and the faulty A/C. The HVAC unit in your room has since been repaired and our carpets will be receiving a full steam clean shortly. We are very sorry to read about your bad stay with us. All Waterpark packages are valid from the first day of Waterpark access with an additional day the following day. As I am unable to check your file I can not research the specific details of your incident. We apologize to you for the inconvenience.
