The staff of the breakfast bar were fabulous. Jay at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. Very much enjoyed the evening treats put out at the front desk. Location was great; quiet yet walkable. Comfortable beds and clean facilities.

Clean property, walking distance to shops, resturants and Niagara Falls State Park. No view of anything. Breakfast was good, but they put away breakfast as soon as the clock struck 9am (people still in line, but they locked the fridge and turned off the juice machine). The hair dryer was dead and one of the elevators malfunctioned with us in it. Luckily, someone called it back to the same level and we were able to get out. We asked for a late checkout, they said we booked through Expedia, so they wouldn't even give us an extra hour. They knocked on the door at 11am, to remind us that checkout was at 11am. We were packed and ready to leave by then, but I still found it rude. This hotel won't make you feel special. No extra stars for them.

The hotel is near the U.S. Niagara park. Price was about the same as other hotels. Charged for parking, which I thought was included in my purchase. It wasn’t however. Room cleaning was minimal at best over 8 days. Fresh towels, and bed made three times. Trash was never emptied, floor never vacuumed. Very unorganized cleaning crew. Dining was crowded, with very limited hot selections of food warmed that had been frozen. Omelets were water, bacon was normally under cooked. Coffee was very weak, even though the container said bold flavor. This hotel didn’t meet my expectations when comparing it to other stays in the same name brand. I will stay somewhere else next time.
