It’s a very good hotel overall. The only downside is the free breakfast, which is quite basic—just bread, bagels, cereal, and fruit. There were no hot items like bacon, sausage, or eggs. The hotel is walking distance to everything like restaurants, falls and fun games area for kids.

Breakfast room is way too crowded, we couldn’t get a seat both days. The menu was abysmal-waffles the only choice. Coffee was disgustiing You need to give people breakfast times, and limit it. Change the coffee. I dropped an earring on the floor and hunted until I found it, but the carpets had bits of food and garbage on it. If we hadn’t paid for two nights: we would have left. The toilets are too low and do not have enough pressure to flush properly. Sorry to say we will not be back .

This was a perfect location and great price. Staff was amazing we didn’t try breakfast but it looked wonderful. Very quiet in evening even though it’s in the middle of everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We got here early before check in time and staff directed us to their coffee room for free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and wait while our room was getting readied. As I did their online check in earlier, they already had my parking pass ready when I got there. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, the breakfast room was really busy but the staff working were constantly replenishing the food and it never let things run out. Pretty decent location on Victoria Ave. where there were a lot of restaurant options and not far from Clifton Hill.
