Located 10 houses back from the sand and boardwalk, this lower 3 bedroom/2 bath unit of our vacation rental duplex is within reach of the best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder. Spacious, clean, and bright throughout, this accommodation is a family favorite. Here's what you'll find:

LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Sofa and small loveseat

- French doors open out to front patio
- Dining table with seating for 6
-Note: Fireplace has been permanently disabled

FRONT PATIO:
- Outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6-8

PARKING:
1 space provided in shared double garage, accommodates small to mid-size vehicles. Rear alley access. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered). 

LAUNDRY:
Shared laundry facilities are located in garage. Guests must provide all laundry supplies.

The upper 3 bedroom/2 bath unit can  be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family groups on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office for more information.

LOCATION:
This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

PETS:
Dogs are considered. # of pets, size and breed restrictions apply. Approval by Manager is required, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Newport Beach Getaway

Communication with management was excellent! Extremely responsive and very helpful. Home was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect ... so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. The only drawbacks while we were there was Wi-fi was spotty and the tenants above us were quite loud. Both of those issues were minor and situational compared to the overall positives of this vacation home! When brining family with us, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful House!

We have rented many houses in Newport Beach over the years and this one was by far the best one we have stayed at for the price! It was modern and clean and had plenty of space. Also loved how close the house was to the grocery store and restaurants.

Vacation at the beach

Excellent location. Property management quickly responded to concerns. We had some wifi/tv issues which was resolved. Suggest replacing carpet with hard surface because pets allowed. We had a pet.

Great location

House was so close to the beach, only a block away. No main streets to cross. It was a great walkable location. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, surf shops and grocery store etc House itself was very nice. Only thing I would change would be removing carpet in Living room and replace with tile or engineered flooring. Hard to keep the sand out. We brought a towel to step on and wipe feet coming in from patio.
