We so looked forward to staying on this property for my grandsons wedding but we were very disappointed. When we arrived, we found: garbage cans overflowing, no handrail on stairway, dirty carpet, stained mattresses & chair cushions, half empty water bottles on beds & outside plus a High Noon can at the guest house grill area, dead bugs in ceiling lights, toilet paper holder falling off the walls, BBQ filthy & no propane, umbrella torn & unusable, kitchen cupboard doors falling off, with crumbs and mice droppings present, broken window blinds hanging & slats on the floor, filthy window sills, under beds & behind nightstands filthy, sofa bed in guest house is impossible to sleep on, pool not fenced, outlets hanging out of wall, no front lights, shower liner old & dirty, door & screen door going out to pool area is broken, I was notified the day before my reservation stay that the refrigerator was not working properly. The enterance to the property is not the main picture posted on the site, that is the back of the house. The enterance was dry, unkept and the garden was overgrown. On the positive side: the king bed is very comfortable and it would be a great investment for the owners to update all beds/sofa beds to this standard. For some reason I can't add a description to the last 3 photos. So here's the description: toilet paper holder falling off the wall, trundle bed with empty water bottle & debris on it, can of High Noon & water bottles left at guest house
