This is our second stay at the property and we have to say that this experience was even better this time. I really enjoyed meeting Tim, the GM this visit. The rooms are very well layed out for comfort and convenience, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees and pastries. We will definitely come again when we visit NYC!

The photos of the room on hotels.com did not accurately represent the room I was given. It was very small with a small window that could not be opened that looked out into a dark internal courtyard. The hotel description states that there is a gym but it is just a small room that can fit one person at a time. As a result, you have to book a time. The treadmill was not working.

Untitled is a cool hotel, but not user friendly. There is no front desk staff to speak of, and you need to check in on your phone (be sure to know your reservation number…I didn’t.) The complementary breakfast is a nice touch. Pastries and a specialty coffee, but nothing with protein.

Great hotel with a world-class manager, Tim! Clean rooms, cool ambience, convenient to lively neighborhoods and a mind-blowing array of shopping and food. One small issue with our room was met with a caring, immediate and generous response. Love this hotel! Kudos to Tim, the manager!

The staff is so nice and they have a tattoo shop in the back with some amazing people, my boyfriend and i got Tattoos and they’re great! Plus they have some things you can rent like a guitar, vr head set, and cameras! Definitely will be coming to stay again!

I have stayed here multiple times and have really enjoyed. Morning coffee pastries are awesome. Staff there super friendly. I feel like a late booking in Expedia gets you worst room. My AC not working. Was 79 in room. Peeling paint on ceiling. Shower grout not clean. Took pics of it all and will share directly with hotel. Otherwise love area and design of rooms. Mine this time was sub par
