I really enjoyed my stay at Industrialist. It’s a quiet neighborhood and good value. The bathrooms finishes were very high quality, which is something I always appreciate. And the staff was incredibly professional and helpful through checkin and when I needed a little help recovering a lost item after checkout. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Industrialist for 2 days before our cruise from Brooklyn. The accommodation is clean and well equipped and is good value for money. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent for subway access and 5th Avenue which is great for evening strolls.

This was a no-frills place and that's what was expected. We just needed a bed, bathroom and coffee and that's what we got. The hotel and the room were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always asking how we were doing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I'm sure to book there next time I go back to NY.

Fantastic spot especially for a solo traveler! Close to the subway and some good food spots. Night life in the area was lively too. Only problem I had was the wooden floor had warped from water from the shower making it very difficult to open and close the bathroom door. Great place, great staff, great stay!
