Staff was all incredibly friendly, room was clean as well. The air ventilation system however was extremely poor and caused us issues breathing and sleeping. Even when the fan was turned off, it would somehow turn back on. Heat didn’t work, just blew out stuffy poorly circulated cold air. But beyond that, not bad at all.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at the Marriott. The heater in our room was not functioning, the bathroom lock was broken, and water was leaking through the window. When I requested an upgrade, the offered room was actually smaller, so I stayed in my original room. A temporary heater was provided, but it made the room uncomfortably hot, requiring constant adjustment and making it difficult to sleep. These maintenance issues significantly impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel addresses them promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
