Beautiful Apartment & Great Host

Greg was a fantastic host! The apartment is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located. The views are lovely, and the space feels warm and welcoming—you really feel at home the moment you walk in. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

Perfect stay in Manhattan

My daughters and I stayed for a week at the apartment and we really enjoyed our time. It is clean, has good beds, a nice and fully stocked kitchen, perfectly situated close to public transport and a breathtaking view of Manhattan. The communication with the host was excellent. Overall a recommendation.

Wonderful! Amazing! Will return again

The best stay I have had in NYC and I have stayed in many hotels and places. The unit was spotless and elegant and very cozy. Very well equipped and includes washer and dryer in the unit! Greg the host was amazing and friendly. I will stay here again for sure!

Great Apartment! Amazing stay in NYC!

Really great apartment in NYC. The place was clean and just as pictured. Bright, spacious, and unbeatable nyc views. The location made getting around easy as there is a bus stop directly downstairs and also just a short walk to many different trains. Lots of food choices nearby and also a really convenient market across the street for grabbing a bite. Communication with the host was top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic place, location and host

This flat is just amazing ! The view is breathtaking and it’s perfectly located. Check in was made very easy as the host tracked our flight and confirmed our arrival. Thankfully for us because our flight had some delays and Gregory made us feel relaxed in handling the complications. The flat itself was well equipped and very clean. Everything was very new and the bedding felt ultra luxurious! A hotel for this same experience would be well over 4x the price. Great value, highly recommendThank you for hosting us !

Perfect NYC experience for our family of four

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! As a family of four, I appreciated how spacious and spotlessly clean the place was. The host was super helpful and provided an extra bed for our teenage boys, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a short walk to Times Square and Hudson arts. And coming home to the gorgeous skyline view made our trip extra special. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting NYC. We’d definitely stay here again!

Super engaged host and incredibly helpful

Gregory’s place is fantastic. Super engaged host and incredibly helpful and generous with his time. When you return to this apartment after a day of work or exploring Manhattan it feels like you have come home to some place very special. The views are seriously incredible, the furnishings are modern and high quality and there is virtually no noise, which is tough to claim in NYC. I hope to return to Gregory’s place in the future!

Beautiful skyline apt

We loved everything about this apartment! The decor was modern and cozy. All the linens and towels were new and of high quality… you can tell the host put a lot of time and effort into this place. Check in was super easy, as we were greeted and shown the apartment and how to use everything. Greg made us feel right at home and very responsive to our questions. Perfect location and we felt very safe. It was close to many major attractions and transportation. Bus stop just downstairs and subway just a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend staying here and will come back !
