Problems during our stay

Subject: Urgent: Issues with Our Vacation Rental StayGood afternoon, This is a text I had sent to the managing group during our stay. I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to let you know that there are several significant issues with the rental property we are currently staying in, and unfortunately, it is not meeting the expectations set by the listing.We were excited about our stay, but we’ve encountered multiple problems that are making our vacation uncomfortable and disappointing. All sliding doors are non functioning ( broken ) which I believe is a safety hazard, as the only way out of the building is the front door. There are also exposed electrical wires in the kitchen cabinet. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is broken. Too many issues to list. The most dangerous was the guest shower. Jets missing, and you cannot regulate the temperature. Which lead to my sister almost being scalded

Didn’t have water for almost the whole stay. Got told we would get a 20% refund. Got about 10%.

Very difficult to stay at a place with no water let alone basically no help with fixing that issue or refund. Very disappointing. The location was very nice on the bright side.

Awesome location! Huge beautiful townhome close to the beach!

This property fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for a rock festival in Daytona and the location couldn't have been better. The 2 and half baths were nice for the 4 of us and the beds were most comfy!

Great place to gather with family for a beach holiday

Lots of room, kitchen is well appointed. Few minute walk from beautiful New Smyrna beach. The yard is not enclosed on this rental, it looks like it is with the rentals next to it. VERY prompt response from leasing company on any issues. Very appreciative of that.

Almost the perfect stay

Overall, I would state this was a very good rental. However, there were three items that were not the best. 1: when we got there, all the back sliding door were unlocked, even the ones that had printed signs saying it should not be unlocked. 2: communication with management felt like I was communicating with a crappy AI bot, this should be improved. 3. The cleaning staff should be cautioned as to checking behind the lint trap on the clothes dryer. I was about to throw towels in, and it looked like there was lint in the trap, so I pulled it out to clean it. But it was clean, I was seeing the build up of lint behind the the trap. Thankfully the house came with a very dependable vacuum cleaner. Plus side: 1. The house was exactly as described. 2. Great location. 3. Quiet and the plants in the back yard make it a very home-like experience. 4. Skylight in bathroom was great. 5. Plenty of space. We had a full house and we didnt feel like we were ontop of each other. 6. A lot of natural light for a row house.
