So convenient to be one block from the street car. The highlight of the adventure. The owner/host of the Fairchild house was very nice to relocate us to another room in another building away from the overwhelming smell of mold and mildew from the Fairchild house. The despairity between the 8.8 rating and actual condition of the property should be of concern to anyone even considering staying there. The other building was one of the poorest renovations I have experienced. Overall, I look back and chalk it all up to " an experience in mental illness".

A charming property in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was thoughtful and accommodating. When my flight was delayed they kept the office open to help me settle upon arrival and they worked with my schedule for breakfast, local recommendations, and departure time.
