Great condo in New Haven

We had an excellent stay at this clean and well kept condo in New Haven. If you are looking for a place in the East Rock neighborhood, look no further.

Great Place, Great Host

The apartment was very clean with a well supplied kitchen. We stayed here March 2025. It has two very large bedrooms with a bathroom for each with big fluffy towels. All linens seemed to be cleaned and newly washed. It has a big screen TV perfect for watching all the March Madness! We cooked dinner one night for our adult daughter and her husband and we were all very comfortable. The location is in a quiet residential location, an easy walk into campus, a great breakfast/lunch place just down the street, a brewery within walking distance and an ice cream shop very close by! This is a really nice place, I would highly recommend it.

Great Location!

Up visiting my son, daughter in-law and new grandbaby. Only two buildings away, which was so convenient. Very walkable area. Will be back for sure!

Fabulous Apartment

If you are ever in New Haven, I highly recommend staying here. The apartment is fabulous, with beautiful furnishings. Jarrett is a great host & super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing time, thanks Jarrett!

Quaint and Cozy

Charming apartment located minutes from Yale campus. Apartment was clean and all amenities were as described. Host was responsive and checked in to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Only drawback is the street noise that is audible in the larger bedroom.

Nice apartment in a great location

The rooms were clean and spacious, but parking was a bit of a problem. We were told we’d be ok on the street as long as we didn’t park near a fire hydrant. We avoided that pitfall, but we still got a $50 ticket, which we’re contesting with the city of New Haven.

Fantastic Apartment

I stayed here for the weekend with my teenage son. Nice layout and very clean (I'm as picky as they come!). The Kitchen is beautiful and great area to cook. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and both bathrooms were perfectly nice. The surrounding neighborhood seemed safe and no noise from the apartment above us or loud noises outside, aside from normal street traffic. There are fairly new AC units in each room which was nice for us to have our own temperature control. It cooled down very quickly when we needed it to. Overall, we would 100% stay here again. Like I said, I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and this place was as good as it gets.

Great stay

We were two couples visiting Yale for a reunion. This was a great apartment. It bright, comfortable and spacious. It was very easy to get to campus - modest walk, shuttle from near-by campus garage, or short Uber. Neighbor is wonderful - little cafe across the street, blocks of beautiful homes if you're inclined to go for a run or a stroll. Host was great. Strongly recommend this rental.

East Rock gem

Wonderful place for me, my husband, and our dog to stay while visiting our children who live in East Rock. Spacious, clean, well put together/decorated. Situated in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Great Space!

We had so much fun during our 6-day stay in New Haven. The apartment was big and modern. The beds were incredibly comfortable and each room had temperature controls so we could be cozy the way we wanted. It was nice to have 2-bathrooms, both of which were updated. We loved the location. We brought our dog, and each morning we walked to get something yummy for breakfast. Atticus Market is very close, but it was also an easy walk to Chapel Street in downtown. The walk brought you by the beautiful Yale buildings. We had takeout from Cafe Bravo, also an easy walk from the apartment. There are so many great food options all very close. Parking was very easy on side streets, and the building was safe and well-lit. I was sad to say goodbye! Highly recommend this location! And the host was so quick to communicate and help with questions!

Grad school visit with daughter

This place was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. A little cold upon arrival as the heat wasn’t running, but I’m all for energy conservation as long as your pipes don’t freeze:) Once it warmed up, it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was fantastic!

Nice place

The listing of this rental is to the letter. It was the perfect size for the four of us. We were traveling with my son and his fiancé. The placement of the non en-suite bathroom was convient to bedroom one. We enjoyed this quaint unit. Communication was easy/hassle free. I always had quick response to my inquiries.
