Relaxing Week

We were looking for a place to stay near relatives that wouldn’t empty the wallet. This condo was perfect. Great location for us, gave us a little more than a hotel room space wise and was just a pleasant place. The dishwasher worked, but could possibly use a deep clean/upgrade. But that wasn’t important for us. Bed seemed to be smaller than a Queen size- probably full/double. Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant!

Filthy

We did not even stay at this property. When we arrived to the condo as soon as we opened the door the condo has a dirty musty smell to it. As soon as we walked in we noticed a blood spot on the side of of the bed. Pulled back the remaining sheet to which it got worse dirty stains, more spots, and a shell of a bug. Thedishwasher was all moldy. As well as the air conditioner. Did not stay and would not recommend.

What a gem!

Beautiful condo, beautiful view, beautiful quiet beach to float the hours away. What else could you want? We recommend Windjammers Restaurant at the Navarre Beach pier. Get the Jammers Juice and the BLT with oysters. Best sammich I ever ate! We will be back!

Quiet beach getaway/ working vacation

This condo was well situated and has lovely view of the sound in a very quiet community. Neighbors were friendly. Check in was easy, very responsive management team. The only issues were 1) not very clean; some of the dishes were dirty and the coverlet on the bed was dirty - very glad to have a washer & dryer! 2) the bed and the couch were not very comfortable. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay!

Sound side condo

This one room condo basically had everything we needed. We loved being near the sound and swam there many times. We had plenty of towels, and though we couldn't find them at first we also found plenty of linens. The bed wasn't very comfortable, in my opinion, and needs a mattress cover. The sofa/ sofa bed was very uncomfortable. My child ended up sleeping on the sofa itself, rather than the pull-out bed. The Wifi info needs to be updated, but we figured it out from the router. The code given to us for the pool didn't work and no code was provided for the fishing pier. All in all it was nice and gave us what we needed for our small family. This unit does not have a balcony. I thought I had read that it did in the reviews.

Great get away!

Great place to get away! This condo is small, about 500 sq ft, but had plenty of room for 2 people. Great access to the bayside of the island, and a short distance to the Oceanside. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic view of the Sound

Simple, efficient unit on 3rd floor - with elevator (bonus). Beautiful view of the sound, lovely location with nice patio, deck area out back. Comfortable surroundings. Only issue was that we were asked to start the laundry for the sheets before we left but its a really small washer, not sure they would even fit.

Great little condo in Navarre Beach, FL. Right on the “sound” and very close to the beautiful white sand beach! Super easy to get to, away from the crowds, and great communication with the owner.

Great Experience

We had a problem with the code getting into the property. And, the connection was spotty so I had a hard time logging on to VRBO to find Kara's number. However, when I did get it, Kara was quick to answer and we got the problem solved very quickly. I will just be sure to write my host's number down before arriving. I really should have done that in the first place.

Cute and cozy

Rented for 3 nights. I appreciated the quick and friendly responses by the owner. We were given a code to enter but was never told you had to hit # first. Took us several tries but we figured it out. Might be helpful for future guests. Inside was clean, beautifully decorated, and a pretty view. Everything needed for a short stay. Loved the location. One major thing I would suggest is to invest in a better mattress. Comfort is everything and unfortunately the sleeping areas didn't have that. The minute you sit you hear the springs in the mattress. It was quite uncomfortable, so much I slept on the couch and my husband took the bed. It would have been nice to share a bed. Also we noticed the lines are crossed in the bathroom sink. Hot is on right, cold on left. This wasn't a big deal to us but might be mentioned for future renters. I am truly not trying to be critical just honest. It was an extra perk having an elevator since we were on the third floor. Overall it was a good stay and you can tell the owner put in alot of work and pride into the appearance of the rental.
