"I absolutely ADORED my experience at CitizenM. From the moment I walked in, a young man by the name of Bishop welcomed me and helped me check in. He gave me all of the information I needed and made me feel welcomed. I really appreciated the warm welcoming environment after traveling for almost 12 hours all day. Additionally, the room size was PERFECT. I can see how it may be a little compact for 2 people, but if all you’re using the hotel for is to sleep and shower, you don’t really need more space. It’s comfortable, moody, and unique. I like to live by “less is more.” I also appreciated that everything is within distance and there is a great variety of food options. I also lost my hotel card and the guest services was quick to issue me a new one. Overall I felt very safe here. This hotel changed my experience of hotels for the better and I look forward to staying at another CitizenM hotel in the future. The price, location, amenities, and service were all worth it."
