Everything you need for a short stay, close to lots of eating options, & trolley pickup 5 is across the street. Need comfortable seating for at least 4 adults, stand for luggage in the open bedroom & the lighting in the bathrooms was difficult for putting makeup on. Nice option vs a hotel.

Ideal Nashville Location

This was a perfect location from downtown Nashville. Tons of food and shopping nearby, and an easy walk to the action. There was a problem with the elevator when we were there, and management was great about getting it taken care of quickly. The loft itself was huge, but be sure the layout with the open bedroom works for your crew. Minimal but adequate kitchen setup. We had a great trip.

Great Location

This property was clean and well equipped. The manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The area of improvement would be to please get better pillows. The pillows were so flat that I had a hard time sleeping comfortably. Another suggestion would be to put some sort of table or shelf unit in the bathroom so there is room to set your stuff down. The pedestal sink made it very hard to get ready in the bathroom. Over all it was a great apartment!

Great place!

Absolutely loved the place! I was a little freaked out about the “paid parking”, however there was free 1hr parking to unload right by the entrance then ended up the parking lot had LOTS of paid parking right close. Communication was EXCELLENT. Also, there was some question about a mess the previous tenant left, but the management was super reasonable & realized it couldnt be us as we only stayed 12hrs to catch a plane in the morning. We’ll be back for a longer stay!

65ish ladies weekend celebration

Everyone goes to Nashville to celebrate something, but the 5 of us 65ish high school friends do an annual trip so we decided to celebrate getting our Medicare cards! LOL!! The condo was the perfect location, within walking distance to Broadway, places to dine and if not we could grab and Uber. We loved everything about our stay! Would definitely return and recommend.

Location, Location, Location!

Great property in a perfect location to enjoy The Gulch and only have a short ride to Browadway. You can walk downtown as well - only 0.7 miles! Make sure you note that one of the bedrooms is open to the living room so no privacy. It’s a loft style with beautiful views.

Really cool property in a hot spot area with shopping and dining in easy walking distance. Quick Uber/Lyft (<10 minutes) to Broadway and all the bars! Very responsive host!

Great Location

Stayed here with a group of girlfriends for four nights. Perfect location with a short walk to Broadway and all the attractions. The Trolley tour stops right in front of the building and the Station Inn for awesome music is right across the street. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area.

Holiday family escape

We wanted to get out of town for a few days before the holiday craziness hit and Nashville was a drivable destination. This property is a great location in The Gulch! really walkable to everything - even downtown. The property is a cool, urban vibe with a spectacular view. I would recommend this property.

Very cute loft in great location!!

We had a great stay! Only complaint was check in time was late in day with no options to check in early. The loft is adorable and comfortable. Great location with walking ability to many restaurants and Broadway is about 20 min walk. Very satisfied with our stay!
