The place was ok, had to request clean sheets after finding hair and stains on our sheets, room was ok but seems a bit outdated and the place smelled. I would not stay there again if I was visiting Nashville. Staff was nice and friendly but place seems to have mediocre to poor management at the top. If you are on a tight budget and just need a place to lay your head I guess this will do but if you want to enjoy a vacation and relax in a nice hotel this is not it.

The rooms are very clean , modern and spacious. Our family loved the potato bar for happy hour. The staff are very friendly, helpful and really go out of their way to make sure everything is going great for your stay at the hotel. Pool was refreshing , hot tub was a bonus after a long day of walking. Very easy to get to the airport from the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the room was easy to find. The employees were very kind, considerate and helpful. The loved the jacuzzi and the hotel was not too far from the entertainment in downtown Nashville.

The staff was rude upon arrival. The doors of the rooms need to be changed. You can hear everyone’s door opening that’s on the same floor as you. It kept sounding like someone was trying to open my door so it was hard to sleep. I tried to block the sound by covering the large gap under the door with a towel but it didn’t help.

Great location for seeing the Ole Opry. Hotel Club Nashville is close to BNA and the Nissan Titan Stadium. Drop off at 7th and Broadway for the shuttle. It was a nice walk; 1 plus miles to the Titan stadium from there. Very nice to have the option to use the shuttle. The shuttle was usually reliable except for our last night. The Club Wyndham shuttle driver did not allow us on the shuttle and we had asked if they were picking up for Hotel Club Nashville and we were told no. They had 4 people on already that they were taking there! Very disappointing. Otherwise we loved our stay.
