The breakfast was nice, with hot food and plenty of fruit. The coffee was good too. Chose this place for the modest price, but the room was clean and the staff people were all nice and available, and we feel they did more than we expected forcthe price.

The staff at the Sleep Inn was excellent! We arrived early and were able to check in early. The breakfast was ready early and was hot and plentiful. The room was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The only disappointment was that the gym was closed, I wish they had put a notice on the website.

I had to go to FOUR different rooms before finding one that would work. It wasn’t because I was being picky. The HVAC in the first room (424) didn’t work; they moved me to the second room (421). Someone had come in and sprayed some furniture polish on the desk, I suppose to try to make it appear to have been cleaned, it wasn’t. I found a container of food and food packet in the fridge, which I threw in the bathroom trash can. I raised the lid on the commode and it was full of toilet paper and “spray” (if you know what I mean) and I hate to think what was below, so I asked for another room. In room 416, across from the elevators, the HVAC was not working. They moved me to room 406, which appeared to, possibly, have been cleaned. The desk clerk had told me that breakfast was 7:30-10:30 (she started to say 6:30- but then she said that tomorrow (the weekend) that it would be 7:30-10:30. I go downstairs between 9:30-10:00 and all the chairs are on the table and the food has been taken up. When I asked the “manager” about it, since I had been told 10:30, she said no one would have told me 10:30 and when I disagreed she said she’d check the tape. When I told her I’d already had to move four times the night before and then “no breakfast” maybe I should just talk to corporate. Then, she tried to turn it back on me like I was being the problem. She said she’d give me the number, which she did. Then she told me I could call them with my complaint and they would send it back to her. BAD!

I was unable to stay due to my father passing away the night before my travel. I cancelled after 4PM due to his death occurring after this time. I expected to be charged for 1 night as the website says but instead I was charged for two nights. I requested my money back and haven’t heard anything from the hotel.

Cool springs is our halfway point from Indiana to Florida. We have been through Brentwood before, so I choose it as the place to stop for the night. The Sleep Inn is in a good location convenient to 65 and restaurants. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. We choose to stay here on our way home as well. Only thing the room needs is a couple hooks by the sink area to hang a towel or your toiletries.
