Just OK

The photos of the house are misleading and do not reflect its current condition. There have been several damages that appear to have been patched up with quick, temporary fixes rather than proper repairs. That said, the location is excellent—just a short walk to downtown and close to everything we needed. Check-in was also very smooth and hassle-free.Our stay at this rental was unfortunately disappointing from the beginning. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues: the bedding was dirty, the hot tub had not been properly cleaned, and the main TV either didn’t work or wouldn’t stay connected to the internet. The overall cleanliness of the house was well below expectations—it was dusty to the point that a previous guest had written their name in it, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.We reached out to the host, who responded by the following morning and promised to address the issues. We gave them permission to enter the property, but the resolution was minimal. They added water to the hot tub and removed the pump and hose that had been left behind. While they temporarily reconnected the TV to the internet, it stopped working again within 10 minutes. The dirty bedding remained untouched, the hot tub was not cleaned, and no meaningful improvements were made.We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and responsiveness for the price we paid, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.

Stay Minty is Excellent

Every aspect of the process was handled flawlessly and efficiently. The property is a perfect option to stay near downtown, Broadway, Gulch etc. very impressed with both the communication as well as the property itself. Great amenities.

Totally Awesome! Will Be Back!

The house is awesome, especially the kitchen and living room area. We had a party for my daughter's 21st birthday and enjoyed so much time together for three days. Communication is quick and clear and friendly. Home was very clean and all-around excellent! Bars are close enough to get to and neighborhood is very nice.

Great views and nice home

The house is large and has plenty of space to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy time on their own. Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. We encountered WiFi issues but the host was responsive.

Girls Getaway

8 of us get together once a year for the last 20 years! Enjoyed this property, layout and perfect location. Host was very quick to respond to our request for additional hairdryers. Internet and streaming was not working 1st 24 hrs, but they were also quick to respond to our issue and it was working the next day. Wonderful stay and would visit this property again.

We went for my wife's 40th birthday and it was awesome. Super close to music row and the gulch ...def walkable and only 5 to 10 minute uber ride to broadway. Def would stay again!

Perfect locations and beautiful place

This property was absolutely amazing. It is located in a great area, the building is well maintained, from first entering the place you were wowed. Not only that, communication with the property personnel was amazing. They made for a great celebration with family.

Loved the location (it would be a long walk to Broadway but a very easy / short Uber; quiet location which is nice), a lot of space, and nice kitchen. However, the property is in need of a thorough cleaning and paint job. A lot of partying there over the summer, it would appear.

We satayed at Hot Tub heaven C and loved the huge kitchen area! The parking, spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms were private and clean. The roof top hot tub was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee. The Minty crew was always available to answer questions by text. Will bool again

21st birthday

We booked for two nights to visit Nashville for my daughter’s 21st birthday. We paid for the champagne and birthday cake at arrival and she was so surprised. That was a nice option from the host, Stay Minty. The home was lovely and large, four floors to walk up and down to get between the bedrooms and main living room. They provided coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all three showers and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The only suggestions I have are to put thicker curtains on the windows to block out the light and mark the garage.

For the money, should have been better !

To start, WiFi was weak with intermittent service disruptions. Very light window shades make it impossible to sleep in past sunrise. Floors were dirty and under the beds trash was found. Two ply toilet paper would have been nice and not too much to ask. Tried watching some sports and it seemed like everything required a sign- in to some app or tv provider. Kitchen lacked some basic items that are available in most VRBO’s. Overall, not satisfied and would not recommend staying here. Hope this helps

“21st” Birthday

We brought friends and family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The location was great for getting to Broadway. We had no problem getting Ubers. The condo was perfect for our group to hangout when we weren’t downtown. Everyone was very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fun rooftop. We came in June and it was hot, but at night the weather was ok for rooftop fun. Highly recommended. Stay Minty was easy to work with and responsive to any requests or questions.

Bittersweet Trip - Moved our son but spent quality time with family at this beautiful house.

We took a roadtrip, stopping at several cities along the way to move our son from Houston to Ohio. Nashville was one of our stops. We chose this VRBO and we are so glad we did. It was a great stay! We loved this beautiful house and created more family memories while here. Highly recommend this house. Conveniently located to all the must see spots. The host was great. The propane tanks were empty but the host had filled tanks to us in less than an hour of being notified. Great communication and quick resolution! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Vanderbilt Graduation

Stayed here with family for Vanderbilt graduation weekend. It was a convenient location, provided adequate space, enough parking space to park a vehicle in the garage and two others on street, and had good amenities to accommodate the needs of 5 adults and 2 infants. The rooftop and hot tub were nice extras for the occasion too.
