Amenities include: New deck and privacy fence, fire pit, outdoor seating, bbq grill, GAME GARAGE, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, all new furnishings, bar, etc. all on fully fenced 1+ acres! All basic supplies included with your stay!

PETS WELCOME! Ample parking for all vehicles, trailers, etc.

The one level house is situated on 1.2 acres with a fully fenced backyard that includes a brand new deck with outdoor seating, huge fire pit with chairs, picnic table, hammock, bbq grill etc. The house is 1850 square feet and 4 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a huge detached garage that includes ping pong, TV, foosball, pop a shot, cornhole, darts, bumper pool/poker table, fridge, yard games, etc.! The property is well lit, has plenty of parking, and even includes a small stream! Only 8 miles to downtown Nashville and very close to numerous restaurants, bars, etc.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
