Great property, clean and perfect for 6 adults. We loved the rollup garage door to the outdoor deck. The convenience to downtown and the Nissan Stadium was great. We definitely would stay here again.

No shops or restaurants nearby was the inly thing lacking for us, however we did walk during the day. The building and condo were very clean. The communication for checking in, facility codes, etc. was excellent.

Trendy Spot

It’s a nice trendy spot. We enjoyed our stay. It was super clean upon arrival and looked just like the pictures shown. Traffic can be loud at times particularly in the morning and we could hear when people walking in the unit above during the early morning hours. We weren’t in the unit much during the day so I can’t speak to the daytime noise levels.

Convenient/clean/comfy and up to date!

Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved the garage door to the small deck so we didn’t feel so enclosed. We would definitely stay here again!

The property & amenities were amazing. We loved our condo. I would have a complaint regarding the check in process since I was hung up on twice. No one had a straight answer on codes for getting in. It was 45 minutes of crap

A nice place to stay in Nashville

My 21 year old and her friends LOVED the decorum and layout of this beautifully renovated unit. To me, it was a little smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but plenty of room for the 5 of us. Also, the large outdoor area shown is a public rooftop lounge, it is not adjacent to the suite. Garage door was glitchy (wouldn't shut) but we were able to get it to close after several tries. It was a cool feature and also let in a lot of light, however we didn't utilize it very much due to hot humid weather. We easily found parking on the street and were able to walk to and from downtown at all hours of the day and night. Would be nice if there was a convenient store or a coffee shop nearby. I recommend using the phone app to access the building and the unit, it only took a minute to set up and we had no issues. The building manager was very kind, and so was the night security desk attendant. There is plenty to do in Nashville, this is a great place to stay, within walking distance to downtown.

Clean and upscale

This is a very accommodating condo in a good location. The surroundings appear a little sketch, however, due to the significant security of the building we NEVER felt that we or our things were at risk at all. It was perfect and perfectly nice and up to date with decor and appliances. Thank you, we would definitely book again!

Overall great experience

The only reason I am giving this a somewhat lower rating was the check in process. Us along with some other visitors were all having the same issue with not receiving the correct code to get in. Took a couple hours to resolve the issue. I would still recommend!

Family weekend

When we arrived after driving 12 hours, we tried to contact the manager to see if we could check in earlier… no one was there to talk to so we had to sit in the parking garage for 2 hours… it was 92 out.. the automated response said we could get an email at 4:00 and it would give us the code to get in. ☹️ Other then this , it was great we loved it !!!

Room is nice but had issues that could have been addressed better

In general the room and location were good. We had an issue with being given incorrect codes for check-in and after 30-40 minutes we were able to finally get in. The employee on site tried our codes which didn’t work and eventually just gave us a new code to use for the rest of the time. The shower handle was broken in the main bedroom and nobody came to fix it as they told us they would. We also had a dead insect fall out of the ice maker/water dispenser from fridge. The street traffic is very noisy during the day but it was not too bad at night. I’m sure 99% of people have no issues but not being able to get into the room is a huge hassle. The room in general is nice and well equipped. A/C works well.
