Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Lovely and safe neighborhood. Easy to use the contactless check in/out. However, I'd share the communication on early check in was a miss b/c I kept receiving texts from Kasa, so I assumed the notification of early check in would be via text too, but it was sent via email. Either way, it all worked out, and we had a nice quiet and relaxing space to regroup during our trip.

Clean property - but only a virtual desk so no one to speak to face to face. Unit was clean although fridge very noisy and bathtub/shower tap needs repair. We wanted a late checkout but could only accommodate with a $50 American extra fee so we didn’t take that. They could not accommodate that for us. Other stays had offered that courtesy.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Only complaint is that the heat kept resetting itself to 77 degrees. We sleep poorly because of this.

Overall the apartment was clean and as pictured however the walls of the actual building are very thin and you can hear neighbors walking upstairs as well as cars outside consistently, it is difficult to sleep at night with the amount of noise. Ear plugs were left for guests but something that light sleepers should take note of. Otherwise was very happy with the property

Condo was nice size for 2 couples. Has W/D and everything you need. The only issue we had was the noise during the 6 nights - several early mornings from the garbage trucks in the alley and a dog barking one day from 650am-11am. The building itself seems very quiet - we didn’t hear anyone in hallways.

The pictures you see associated with this property are of more than one unit. I chose this place because I saw a sofa in the pictures. Unfortunately for my husband, who is very tall and finds small chairs uncomfortable, the pictures we viewed of the sofa were of another unit. Also, when traveling, it’s especially nice to stay in places that feel special. This unit is not decorated to feel special at all - very inexpensive furniture and decor. The washer/dryer are nice as is the kitchen area.

Generally a good option. Great communication. Apartment was cozy but a little worn and under equipped. Despite having a kitchen the only spices or condiments available were salt/pepper and oil. Toilet roll holder was loose, marks and scuffs on many areas of walls, several pieces of gym equipment didn't function properly. There was noise from the upstairs unit. Feels generally like upkeep isn't a top priority. But it's well located and reasonable price wise.

Very clean. Oddly, towels kept in bedroom closet so I had to call about them. Closet has no light so I didn't see towels which were on side shelving. Minor issue but probably better to keep towels in the bathroom.

Loved the apartment; location, cleanliness, amenities and generally very impressed. Happy with KASA pre-checkin communication. However I found there were a couple of occasions where the staff in the building (residents staff) were quite rude. Other than that, happy!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. It was the cheapest place I could find, and yet it was so clean, spacious, perfect for two people and we loved having our own bathrooms. The area was perfect, close to the airport, walkable to town. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave we enjoyed it so much!
