Hotel really wasn’t that clean or well kept. I was surprised as this was a Hyatt property or at least managed under the Hyatt brand. In the end I was charged twice on two different cards as I had asked to move my stay from a debit card to a credit card to get points when I checked in. I was told that they’d not charge both cards both at check in and check out and then a week later upon reviewing my statements they did charge both cards, for vastly different amounts. Something a little fishy going on here. In the meantime I’ve reached out to the hotel and there is no answer at lobby. I booked through Orbitz so I’ve asked them to intervene and they can’t get ahold of anyone and have now elevated this to an Orbitz specialist to see what can be done next. All I’m saying is, think twice before choosing this Hyatt Place in Franklin.
