I booked this property for 6 Adults. The house was very well laid out and roomy. The host answered all my questions throughout our stay. The property is located near all the hot spots in Nashville. Close enough for an easy Uber ride but located in a quiet, university neighborhood.

Wasn’t the cleanest place upon my arrival. On top of that when checking out he gave a lot directions on how to clean which was ironic. Sheets didn’t seem to be clean, nor the bathroom. The toilet was also stopped up…couch and bed seem to be broken. Also he texted everyday I was there which was kind of overwhelming.

Neighborhood was sketchy but we didn’t feel unsafe. It’s a 13 minute drive to Broadway, and Ubers are easy to get. The sleeping arrangements were fine, bathrooms and kitchen area were functional but not less than we are used to at home. Working with the owner was very easy; great communication. You can’t move the house so it needs to make some upgrades.

I have never found a better stocked kitchen and bathroom. They had everything you needed from coffee to ice maker, also laundry detergent and bath wash. Great host.

Trip to Nashville

The inside of the property was beautiful and clean. It was a little difficult to figure out the entrance because it is a 6plex. There are stairs inside the house and all three bedrooms are upstairs. We had senior citizens with us and I worried about the stairs. The location is wonderful and parking in alleyway and marked for your car. Location was wonderful close to Broadway. Owner was amazing. Stairs need to be part of the description please

Spacious Home

Very nice to have a home to ourselves instead of staying at a hotel. Very roomy. We had 3 adult women and 2.5 bathrooms. Perfect for us! Be prepared to walk some steps but we prefer the bedrooms to be upstairs. House was clean but needs a few cosmetic repairs on the outside. Overall a good property and the host was great to work with.

Poor cleanliness

This property was not clean when we arrived. The floors had obviously not been vacuumed. The bathrooms were very dusty and dirty with a leftover dirty towel hanging on the rack and travel toiletries leftover from someone previously. The beds were made upside down with the sheet on top of the duvet in the master bedroom. The hand rail outside was broken and very rough and would cause slivers if used. Several of the stringers on the porch steps were squishy. Overall not impressed with this rental.

Great Condo for a Group

Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. He also gives you great recommendations for everything you will want to do in the area. Quick drive and cheap Lyft ride to downtown. Far walk, fyi. The condo was very clean with lots of bedding and towels available. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!

Great place for a large group.

The place was large with plenty of space to sleep. The only complaints were both of the exterior stairs had soft spots in them. The other issue was that the air conditioning could not keep the place cool. Great communication with the hosts and were very accommodating.

Great place!

Super cute place! Felt comfortable and safe!! Will need to drive or Uber to broadway but it was very nice and owners were extremely informative. We were not there much but did enjoy our time there and was very comfortable.

Cleaning a little sketchy - all else great

Everything was great, except we feel more attention could have been paid to cleaning. There was a half full water bottle under the sofa in the bedroom along with washcloths behind the sofa. A washcloth was also left on the floor outside the dryer. Other than that all of our expectations were met!
