Overall, for the price paid, the experience was lacking. We paid for a room with a balcony and they pulled a fast one and moved us to a room that does not have a balcony to accommodate a full floor rental. Did we overpay for this room? Perhaps. The check in process was okay. I never received a link to the portal and we’re sent a text to send my ID by text - not a huge problem but not smooth. The WiFi didn’t work via the app or the instructions in the room but support provided an alternative. The ice maker on the first floor wasn’t functioning. The location was great. Overall it wasn’t the experience we expected.
