We arrived tired and hungry, but the seafood buffet and regular Japanese food restaurant was full. It would have been helpful if front desk warned us about making a reservation during checkin. We had no choice but ordered room service for tempura set. They sealed every dish and bowl in plastic wrap, so the fried food became soggy. Thus, we did not have a perfect experience.

The hotel was super convenient for my stay. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and the shuttle to the terminals was really efficient. The 11th Floor bar was a particularly excellent place to wind down, and I could order food there from any of the restaurants in the hotel. The sashimi was particularly excellent. The staff everywhere in the hotel were super-attentive. Highly recommended.

It was very clean. Pleasant hotel to stay. We arrived late at night, no shuttles, had to wait for taxi.

Bed was too firm, poor room ventilation even with air-con at the max and it wasn’t even very warm. Line to check in seemed a little long especially with United airline passengers being fast tracked and prioritised.

It's our second time staying at Nikko Narita for its convenient location and access to the shuttle buses. However, this time wasn't as pleasant. We noted a moldy smell in the bathroom, as it was late and we only stay for 1 night, didn't bother to ask to change the room.
