Perfection!

This is a lovely spacious unit that was perfect for my wife and I and three kids with girlfriends. The 12th floor view is exceptional and I already miss the sound the waves. Located close enough to the main attractions but far enough away to be quiet. We would definitely go back.

Beachfront vacation

The condo was great, we loved the view from the balcony except for the the small balcony off of the double bedded room had dirty socks and trash on it everything else turned out pretty good except for about the third night we were there or hot water run out we had to call maintenance and maintenance was too worried about looking at my daughter instead of doing his job other than that we had a great time

Views great needs some items to really be comfortable

The space in the condo is extremely nice. It definitely fit our family and I appreciate having the four bedrooms and three baths. The views were exceptional from the 12th floor. There was not sufficient dishes within the house and we had eight people there needs to be many more coffee mugs, and some adequate cooking items. Most of the pans were Teflon and highly scratched making them almost impossible to cook with. My other comment is about the furniture in the living room. There is one sectional however it makes it difficult to have everyone sit there together and have your cup of coffee in the morning since there is no place to set the coffee since there’s only two ends to the sectional, it would be lovely and there is plenty of room in the living area to put another 2 to 3 chairs in there with a small with some small end tables to accommodate Small conversations or a group sitting in watching something together. Final comment is that it was very specific within the directions that there was a hairdryer however, there was no hairdryer, and I did not bring one counting on there being a hairdryer and was extremely disappointed.

The condo was really nice and the beds were comfortable. America’s Funniest Videos should have been there to watch four height challenged ladies sit on the really deep sofa. We will blame it on being short instead of blaming the couch. Challenging! We had a great, relaxing week.

Family beach trip

Place worked great perfect for my family with 10 people. Great big balcony with lots of room for us to hang out and watch the sun rise over the water. Only issues is the water and ice did not work on fridge. We had to buy a brita filter and go out often for bags of ice. We called it in but no on ever came. Great fast elevators!

A Change that was awesome

We have stayed at another location for years but have way outgrown it. That's when a plan was made to make a change. We found this place online it looked amazing and was accommodating to our needs. It was beautiful. The only negative thing I could say is the floor was dirty, my grandson's tops of his feet and knees got black but several scrubbings and we were good. Wonderful location staff was all pleasant and everyone was very friendly. We plan to return

It’s is really large

We were a group of 4 couples, it was a great stay! Very comfortable and roomy. Beautiful view!! We loved having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while listening to the ocean. The sunrise was outstanding!! We were Close to everything. Will definitely rent again! Our only suggestions would be to have a couple more comfy chairs for the sitting area, with 8 people, some had to sit in the dinning room chairs. Maybe a few more Wine glasses and coffee cups. Would definitely give this place a 4+

First Myrtle

Overall pretty good. Biggest drawback was the cleanliness of the floors. Grit as in sand was prevalent on all of the floors. Beds were fine and the balcony was great. These condo rental managers need to do an inventory every so often as to the kitchenware. We had one skillet and no spatula, which necessitated a lot of dishwashing. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The only issue we really had was the door and window shades in all rooms. They were not operational

We had an awesome vacation at this property. Again, the one complaint we had was that the window and sliding door shades in just about every room either were missing fins or poorly operational. We reported this immediately upon check-in. While the staff did reply that they had maintenance look at it, nothing was repaired during our 8 day stay.

Luxury getaway!

We stayed at a beautiful condo right on the beach. The best location ever. Very easy check in and departure. We would certainly stay there again. Myrtle beach is a beautiful place to stay. One suggestion would be all new drapes and not vertical blinds. Does not hold up very well but it did not change the beauty of the place.

Love this condo!

My family (All 10 of us) just stayed in this delightful condo for a week. The condo is roomy and beautifully decorated and when we walked in it was so CLEAN!! Not a speck of dirt or dust in the whole place. Even items in the kitchen drawer were neatly placed. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of nice pillows, blankets and towels. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a large meal and plenty of dishes. There is even a large supply of dishes for small children. The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well. We loved the huge balcony! It wrapped around the corner of the building and had a table and plenty of chairs. The condo building itself is well maintained and clean. There are several pools to choose from and a couple of large hot tubs. The condo is situated close to all of the action of Myrtle Beach and just a smidge outside of the crowds and noise. There are lots of activities within walking distance or a short drive. The people at Luxury Beach Rentals are very nice and quick to answer any emails or phone calls. The only small issue we had had to do with parking. One call to Lauren at Luxury Beach Rentals and it was taken care of immediately. This was our first time in Myrtle Beach. We had such a good time. If we ever come back, we would love to stay in this condo. It is perfect!
