Our stay was perfect! James was very responsive and thorough. His townhome is new, neat and clean. Every detail (from the coffee maker to kitchen supplies to cleaning products and extra blankets) was thought of. The location is incredibly convenient for skiing at Snowbasin, which is located just up the mountain. And Lee's Marketplace (2-min drive) is a nice, new grocery store that has everything. Thank you, James and Vrbo!

Outstanding unit, complete with everything we needed. It was super helpful to have the garage. James was so easy to communicate with and helpful. Grocery store is right across the street, and access to Snowbasin was great. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

The property was just as described and we had a great stay. The location is convenient to many points of interest and having a grocery store across the street was a bonus. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs which were just a short walk from the front door. James is very easy to communicate with and was available if we had any questions.

Wide open spaces

Family came out to send baby boy on his way to his new job after graduating. The property is convenient to all things Ogden. There is a nice grocery store a few hundred yards away. The on site pool and pickleball was a hit.

Super property, host and cleaning service. Very nicely equipped. Exactly as described or better. Near Snowbasin which was ideal for me. Host was a great communicator. I would give it more stars if I could.

Fantastic Mountain View’s

Let me start by saying that the pictures on James listing do not do the property nor the surrounding area justice. Looking out the windows, especially the first bedroom on the right, it appears as if your staying at the base of a 10,000’ mountain. Beautiful area. The condo itself is immaculate. You feel like you are the first person to have stayed there. James has provided all the comforts of home throughout the property. One of my biggest concerns when traveling is the comfort of the bedding and my son and I both found the king beds to be perfect for us. Having en suite bathrooms in both master bedrooms was awesome as well.James is super easy to communicate with and was always available by text to answer any questions we had. He even accommodated my son and I with an early check in which I haven’t experienced with other hosts. If you’re considering this property, I’m here to say don’t think twice. I’m a picky traveler and it was perfect in every way.

Great location

This is a newly built property. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for easy access to Snowbasin and a new grocery store was across the street. Easy and efficient communication with the property manager. The hot tub was not working but hopefully will be repaired soon.

Green Mountain Magic

This property is beautiful and presents a wonderful stay. Everything is great. The property is new, roomy, and beautifully decorated. It's gorgeous, has a homey feel and has everything a family needs. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one by far is the BEST. The location is also awesome. We participated in the Spartan trifecta and this property was only 15 minutes from Snowbasin. The property manager responds quickly and accommodated changes in our plans. Beds are so comfy. I can't say enough great things; and I'm not usually an all 5 rater: however, everything from start to finish was superb. Thank you, James, and can't wait to be back to your property to ski. We will stay again and highly recommend this property. You, too, will love it.

Amazing Stay!

James was very accommodating and has a beautiful place! The amenities he offers are great and the location is wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to the area!
