Great home!

Lovely home with all of the amenities - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dog owners be aware - lots of ticks in the backyard - but that’s to be expected and our dog’s monthly drops seemed to keep them from attaching. We would definitely come back! The welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch!

Lovely Home in a quiet neighborhood

Though this lovely home was a bit further from our favorite wineries than we thought, we loved it. Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the hot tub, so we couldn’t rate it 5 stars across the board, but the property manager did make up for it and we’re truly helpful and communicative. The home is very clean and well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the game room and the pups loved the yard. We will definitely stay again!

Nice Place

The house is very clean, the management company, very responsive. The neighborhood is nice, but it is right next to other houses, so the privacy is ok, but not isolated, you're not surrounded by the forest or up next to the water. The wifi worked great, the kitchen is to die for if you're into cooking. The trash situation seamed odd, no green/compost or recycling bins, just 4 big trashcans outside, so I'm not sure why they aren't doing any recycling there. All in all if you need a fenced yard, hot tub and a real kitchen, this could be your place!

Highly recommended

Great house with all the necessary amenities. Super comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Great attention to detail in the decor. Yard was completely enclosed, perfect for our small dog. Nice neighborhood, quiet, but minutes from Guernevile. Would definitely stay again.

Family trip

The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. This was my daughter and son in laws first adventure with their 4 week old daughter and 5 month old puppy. I give the home and property management company Russian River Vacation Home 5 stars!

We enjoyed the hot tub in the rain. Loved all the special touches. Kids liked the playroom and large showers. It was well stocked from pans to towels.

River Realness

Location was ideal for adventure La throughout West Sonoma County. Large and well appointed open space layout was perfect when we all wanted to meet up and yet, bedrooms were separate enough for those private moments. Yard was large and comfortable. Hot tub is always what the Dr orders for relaxation and a chance to look up at the night sky and just chill… Game room was a fun and welcome surprise…

Beautiful relaxing Home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this great house. The backyard is peaceful and the jacuzzi a plus. Our dogs enjoyed the grassy yard and walking through the neighborhood. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. You will love it!
