Front desk check in was not good we arrived at 3 hoping to check in a little early but the the the could not there was 3 front desk clerks very rude just told us check in was at 4 o’clock so we went to find some place to eat . When we got back there was a line of people waiting to check in in and only 1 front desk clerk. Poor scheduling and poor service.

When booking
It would help to know if the room is upstairs. They did accommodate and moved us since stairs were not an option. Especially for someone with recent knee surgery. Room was clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. Gardens were well maintained. Rooms Need some TLC.
