Family vacay

This was our first time using a condo for our family vacay. I was not disappointed. The property was very clean, well kept, plenty of space for a family of 8. When I needed to contact the property manager he responded within minutes. If you are looking for a home away from home for your vacation...this would be it.

Overall impression was good. Everything is as pictured. Unit has a pack n play, lawn chair style highchair, and a baby gate for the stairs. My only dislike was the cleanliness of the floors on arrival was poor. My feet stayed black the whole time. Everything else was wonderful. The unit is a short easy walk from the beach. The beach location is perfect with less people than a lot of the other areas. It was nice and quiet at night.

Great space

We all were able to fit nicely in the condo. Our kids loved the bunk areas and it was nice they had their own space. The kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils, which is hard to come by with larger groups. Our host was very responsive and kind. Overall it was a great stay!

We loved our vacation

We loved every thing about this place. Spacious ground floor so we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other all week. The kids loved having their own little spaces. The pool was clean and well maintained. Short walk to beach.

Beautiful Beaches!! Lots to do!!

Overall a great stay. Was listed as a four bedroom 3 bathroom but in reality it was a 2 bedroom + 2 walk in closets converted to have bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. No full bathroom downstairs. But overall it was a great time for our family. The water was crystal clear and the beach access was directly across the street. Extremely clean. Host family was easy to get in touch with and were great to work with. Pool is also steps away from the unit and was extremely nice. They also have pool and beach toys available for use.

Great for Families

This was the perfect home for our families. Both couples had their own bedroom, there were 2 private bunkrooms for the kids and we were able to put our toddler and baby in our rooms on the portable toddler bed and the pack n play that was provided. They even had a high chair and seating for 10 at the dining room table! It was PERFECT for our families!

Decent Beach Rental

To be honest i feel like what we paid for the property for 7 days was a little high compared to some of the other listings i looked at. It definitely needs some updating and should be listed as a 2 bedroom and not a 4. The 2 rooms that had the bunk beds in them looked to be closets that were converted over. My 13 year old hit his head multiple times and had to jump off the ladder to get down because there wasn't enough room for him to come down all the way comfortably. The mattresses and covers on those twin beds were terrible. My mom actually said she felt like this was as close to a prison cell as you could get without actually being in one. The walk to the beach was not bad at all- even better if you were able to stay in one of the units up front. The pool was decent- my 7 year old enjoyed it. The back porch area was very small and not really a good set up for being able to enjoy it with all the family. It was ok to stay but definitely for the price we paid for this rental I don't think I would rent to stay again.

Great place to stay

We spent a week here and very happy we picked this spot! Enough space for my family of 5 and friends family of 4. Close to the pool, and not a far walk to the beach. Definitely recommend especially if you have a couple family's going.

Great location

Very quick walk to the beach. Condo was great had everything we needed and an outdoor shower was very useful to wash off beach items. Cart was available to use to the beach and was a huge help.

Loved it here!

Great location, very short and easy walk to the beach. Two of the bedrooms I would call bunkrooms; perfect for kids, maybe not great for average adults or senior citizens. We had an issue with the hot water heater and Steve took care of it very quickly and even gave me a little refund. He called to help and offered an idea of a museum to visit while we were there. Overall we were thrilled with our week here and highly recommend these owners.

Quiet and peaceful

This townhouse was cute and cozy. The owner was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. The very short walk to the uncrowned private beach was perfect I would stay here again.

Family vacay!

This townhome is right across the street from the beach. As much as I love a beach view from our place of stay, this one did not offer that. However, the walk was not bad at all and you could still see the pool area from the front balcony. The home is newly renovated and super cute! The bunk rooms upstairs need new covers though!
