Nice staff, perfect location to the Mall Great shuttle service. Continental breakfast looked nice with various options, I had coffee & oatmeal. Rooms were clean, I am a neat freak so I didn’t love the stained curtain and dirty bathroom door. I bring disinfectant wipes to wipe down most things. I always remove the bedspread, I don’t many hotels wash them in between use, but there extra blankets in the closet so that was great. The best part? Hardwood floors! No icky carpeting. I would recommend. 😀

Literally the only think wrong that I would change about the property would be the pillows. The pillows in my room were atrocious. I didn’t sleep as well and my neck was sore both nights. It’s a shame because the customer service and everything else was pretty amazing.

Mall of America is right across the street. Plenty of shopping. The thermostats did not work well. When staff were called, they did not seem to be able to help. Breakfasts were good and open for a good length of time..

The Hotel was nice but the beds were so noisy. It sounded like the matress was on a metal sheet instead of wood. There was no way to get in or out of bed quietly. Other than that the stay was great for our first girls trip PLEASE fix the beds
