Public areas were nice and staff was very friendly. The fact that the pool and hot tub area is under construction and not shared is a huge disappointment - this needs to be shared with potential guests before they stay. The bathroom in the room was pretty grungy, definitely not what you’d expect in a 3-star hotel. Location was good as was the breakfast offerings. However again if you’re booking in hopes of a hot tub soak after walking the mall, book somewhere else.

We chose that hotel because it had a hot tub and no where did it say it was under construction. There was no hot tub at this establishment they had it all ripped out

We liked the set-up of the suite, with 2 separate rooms. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was great, with many options and open for a long serving window of time. Staff was good. A few problems were: not enough TP, and the staff would only give us one at a time, when we had 5 adults. Also, the waffles were undercooked, doughy. Overall, very good. Guests should consider bringing TP.

Room was small for 2 adults and 2 small children, the pool needs improvements. The staff was very nice and helpful. I wish hotels would have on the website that the pool is closed, the hotel did have 1 pool out of 2 pools open. Tthe pool differently needed more chlorine in it! It was so gross! Very outdated, and very dirty.
