SOO FUN

Because there was a lake, and the water trampoline, we were all occupied the entire time. It was SO fun. And at night, the house had so many things and activities

Overall nice... Wish we had access to more amenities

PROSThe home was very nice and well stocked. The kids had lots of fun with all the toys in the garage and the arcade machine downstairs was a huge hit and honestly saved the vacation. It was a blast and huge bonus. CONSWe booked the house for the lakefront access and use of kayaks and paddleboards, but unfortunately, we were unable to use any because the key for that equipment was not where it should be when we arrived and there was no spare. Management was fairly responsive and quick about getting a locksmith out, but we still didn't have access to any lake equipment until after 4pm on our only lake day. The paddle boat and family raft were nice bonus, but we had to work pretty hard to get them clean and inflated enough to use.So overall the house was nice, but if you're booking for the lakefront amenities, it might not be worth it.

Perfect getaway

We spent a long weekend here in early May. The house is on a beautiful lot tucked back in a cove. We found the property to be very peaceful and quiet. The owners of the property have fully stocked the house and boat house with everything and more you would need to have a fun filled stay. There are endless games and float toys to keep kids and adults of all ages occupied. We found the layout of the house and bedrooms to perfectly suit our two families. The only complaint we have for the property is related to the carpets in the bedrooms which very clearly have numerous pet stains. I’m sure the carpets have been cleaned however the stains a little off putting. The house was otherwise pretty clean. We would definitely come back to stay!

Lake vacation

Property is wonderful. Lots of extras there to enjoy. The OWNERS have done an amazing job with this property. Vacasa system of a 1-800 # to get questions asked is beyond frustrating. They do not give you the local agents direct line until the day the rental starts. So many issues dealing with them. We love the house but may have second thoughts on renting any property mng by them in the future

Family 4th of July Trip + Dogs!!

This is a beautiful property! It is very difficult to find pet-friendly rentals, let alone pet-friendly rentals that are actually nice! This rental has everything you could need for a week at the lake including anything you might’ve forgotten for yourself and your pups! We booked this trip for my family (Myself, husband and one year old daughter), my sister, my brother and his girlfriend, my parents and their dogs, and this was perfect for all of us to share. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and there was plenty for us to do even when it was 100° outside and too hot to be on the dock! It was so nice to have a place to tie up our boat when we rented one, and we were very grateful to be able to enjoy our holiday here together. Thank you, Kamino Kove!! We will definitely be back, maybe with friends next time, or even just with our family again!

Perfect staycation!

It is gorgeous! Perfect place to enjoy family and the outdoors. The dock is perfect for fishing, swimming and boating! My teens enjoyed all the indoor games- pool, poker, and more! The view was relaxing and the option of screened porch or deck satisfied all of our family! My favorite was the porch swing! Communication with property management was extremely efficient! Lake Anna- Kamino Kove is a new favorite spot for our family.

We had the best time. We absolutely recommend this house to everyone. Very clean, plenty of rooms. Wi-fi worked. Loved the big kitchen and game room. 5 Stars!!!

Very nice location. House was OK... not bad, not amazing. Not having the proper code to get in was vexing from the get-go. Property could use some TLC, fix-up, better cleaning. Stove wouldn't heat well. Neighborhood great, appreciated the pet-friendly home, water access perfect, wonderful views and nature right outside the back door. Comfy bed, much-needed and pleasant vacation.

Plenty of room for all

We had an amazing time! The kids loved fishing off the dock and the fact that they had their own space to watch tv and/or play games. The kitchen had big enough pots and pans to cook for our group and 2 griddles for morning pancakes. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house for comfort and convenience to shopping and restaurants.

AMAZING!

This place blew our expectations out of the water, literally! The house was clean and well stocked with anything we could need and want. Family friendly, enough beds for everyone and then some. Dock and boat house had plenty of life jackets, floating tubes, fishing poles, you name it. Easily the best place we’ve ever rented. Only thing lacking was a sand beach area for the littlest (1 yo) but definitely not a deterrent. Will definitely be back!

Great dog-friendly stay

Fabulous stay - had everything needed for a great vacation. Mattresses were comfortable. View of the lake from breakfast nook and screened porch was beautiful. The amount of kitchen counter space was much appreciated and we loved that all cabinets were labled so everything was easy to find. Grill and popcorn machine worked great. The dock was also great for the rental boat we had. We appreciated all the amenities for our dog too! The retractable leashes staked in the yard would be great for larger dogs. We used the supplied dog lines (in the laundry room) so our cocker spaniel could be outside with us while we played cornhole. The supplied dog toys and beds were also a nice surprise.

Spring Break 2023

House was amazing, everything we needed and more. Super clean and so many games and movies...only wish the outside furniture and fire pit would have been ready for use, everything was still covered from winter and didn't see the fireplace at all so didn't bother to uncover the rest. Paddle boards and boats were such a blast, fishing was fun. The jacuzzi tub felt amazing after the long days of walking around the nearby amusement park. Would definitely choose this place again. Great place to spread out and enjoy family and friends.

Loved the Blue House

Wow this property was wonderful in so many ways. Decor is both attractive and comfortable. Fun - huge screen t.v., pool table, shuffle board table, card table, video game. Kitchen provided all the items we needed to cook . My family stayed there for 3 days. It felt as though we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything this home offered.

Beautiful Setting

My family enjoyed our stay! The home was clean. The outside area patio did need power washed and cushions cleaned. The propane fire pit was inoperable. I did request a stand alone wood fire pit and mgt company supplied the fire pit. Also larger trash cans are needed for this size home. Overall we had a nice stay.

Wonderful Week Away!

We have a group of 8 friends who has travelled to Lake Anna multiple times during COVID and I think this house was one of our favorites! It's on a quiet, peaceful part of the lake - we enjoyed time on the dock as well as kayaking and paddleboarding. Inside the house has everything we needed - really nice appliances. And we LOVED the pebble ice maker -- such a nice touch. Really, really enjoyed our time here.

Good, but could be better

The property itself, is a great place to go for a weekend or week stay with family and friends. The location and amenities offered are second to none. That being said, instructions are very vague for checkout and property manager was non existent. After the first day of noticing issues and sending pictures to the management company, there was zero response. There was no direction regarding checkout and trash and whatnot. They said refer to a booklet, that was once again nonexistent. As I said before, the property itself is amazing. But the management could be better to make things perfect

Wonderful place

A lot of thought was put into designing, decorating, and equipping this house for the vacationing family (or two). Wonderful view and access to the lake. Large, comfortable living room / kitchen. Amazing game room / home theater. Two spacious master bedrooms and baths. Quiet neighborhood (at least while we were there).
