Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated with subpar facilities and amenities. Rooms are old and shabby and full of conwebs. Towels and sheets were poor quality, ripped, and dingy. The TV didn’t work, and the kitchenette had no in-room amenities. The refrigerator smelled like fish. Front desk staff was not readily available at any time - you had to call from across the room to get someone to show up. The convenience/snack area was barely stocked. We stayed six nights and received no housekeeping services. We were told on night five that stays under a week don’t get service, which was never clearly communicated. The lobby, elevator, and hallways smelled of either cigarette smoke or marijuana (or both) throughout our entire stay. Overall, a poor experience and we would not stay here again.
