Staff was super friendly-however our room had no running water in the bathroom, so we had to switch rooms and wait to get that situated. Not a big deal, but just an inconvenience. What was an issue is that we got a room with 2 beds, and a pull out bed-and the pull out bed was completely lined in very loud plastic that couldn't be removed. The mattress also dipped inside the couch, so that was a no go. I ended up having to sleep on top of the couch with the ottoman next to my feet and lay diagonally to get any rest. Additionally, anytime someone ran water/flushed the toilet next to our bathroom, we'd hear it. And from 8pm-1am there were people walking/running up and down the hallways (our floor, level 2-as well as above us, level 3), the floor underneath the couch was actually vibrating from this. Additionally, noted that the water (to refill your drinking water) was out of order in the gym! Elevators were also running really slow, so that was frustrating. Overall, average stay, rooms are nice and big, relatively clean-just the overall experience wasn't as expected.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. The room was very spacious, beds and sofa were comfy. Plenty of blankets, bedding, and towels. There were still things that could’ve been better; hot tub was off limits (but we didn’t use the pool or hot tub anyway), no razors at front desk (after I realized I forgot mine and my daughter’s), some plug/usb didn’t work (but there were so many in the room it didn’t really matter much), and the room was either too hot or the a/c would kick in (being that it was -38 we stayed with a tad warmer than preferred). Breakfast buffet was very substantial and well-maintained and restocked frequently! Overall, the positives outweighed any minor notes. Would 5/5 try another location

Only complaint was that the large family in the room right next to us cooked fish in their room. Then they kept their door open so the kids could run between their room and another family room down the hall. You could smell that fish all day on the 2nd and third floors down the hallway and back stairs. It was horrible. Otherwise staff was very nice and everything else was fine.

Biscuits were to die for!! Staff super friendly, parking wasn’t too great especially on busy nights. Beds could be more comfy but it was doable. Water for shower to be hot took a bit to warm up. Loved the 2queen suite!! Full fridge and dishwasher!!! Love the fully electronic room!! Comes with body, shampoo, conditioner. We never got our extra towels. Has a clean pool and hot tub and gym. Loves the seating area and breakfast bar. Super convenient to anywhere. Room is super spacious and comfortable. Smells great!! Super hygienic. Would recommend!!
