DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Me and my partner booked this stay for 6 nights and the difficult check-in wasn’t even the worst part. The host makes you cross into the middle of a busy street just to retrieve the keys. Once we finally got into the place there were food crumbs and dirt all over the floor. The shower was clogged and the bathroom floor had black residue on it. The towels and bedsheets also had a sour stench and weird stains. The listing also said we would be able to do laundry just to find out that the washer was not set up and stuffed in a cleaning closet. Surprisingly this isn’t even the worst part. The host and Cleanbnb as a company is just nothing worth any respect and very unprofessional. If you stay here do not expect a host you can communicate with or that will help you in any way. I was yelled at over the phone by one of their unhelpful employees for asking to speak to someone about a refund or cleaning accommodation. Genuinely the worst rental property experience i’ve ever had to endure. These people know nothing about hospitality and how to treat a guest and this reflects in their ability to keep a place clean.
