Great stay before cruise.

We stayed the night before our cruise. Perfect location, clean hotel and bar/restaurant. Check in and out was easy. This is a great budget hotel for the night. If staying with your children or need more privacy, look at pics of the “bathroom” before booking.

Property facilities were nice- we had use of the pool and Gym. Great for a 1-2night stay- no longer than that. For a 4 start hotel I was expecting a little more for this hotel. We were given only one towel each and had to ask the housekeeping for more towels each day. The shower leaked all over the floor and under the beds. So we have to use the beach towels soak up the water. We spent most of the day out and about in Miami, had the room and facilities been better we would have enjoyed the hotel more

It’s ok.

The room was very small and I did not realize that the shower and toilet aren’t in a separate room. The guy we spoke to when we first arrived was not at all friendly. The young bell hop guy was super friendly and helpful! He was just a happy guy.

The room was clean and comfortable, however when I asked for face cloth and an additional hand towel, it was never delivered. Also the shower leaked a lot and there was no bath mat. As a result I had to use a towel to absorb the water to avoid a slip and fall accident. This not my first stay at the Yotel and I find the quality has definitely deminished. Will seek out different accommodations for my next trip to Miami.

Super safe, skytrain for free across the street, 24 hr Cuban restaurant half a block away, shopping two blocks away, market and Ferris wheel three blocks down the street…love the amenities, staff was kind, courteous, respectful and helpful..and the breakfast was 5 star. Best part? Super close to port for cruises and affordable. Would definitely go back! Thank you so much for everything !!

I just did a over night with Yotel and didn't realize I was given a room for handicap until it was too late. We was so tired and jist wanted to rest but couldnt understand why the bed was so low. Then we realized once we used the accessibility shower and also saw a very low peep hole. I never paid for a handicap room for them to tell us it was too late and all the rooms are full. Lastly the room had no wash clothes and the lighting was difficult to use. Ice machine only work a cup per 30mins

Hotel is very nice, housekeeping is horrible i called for towels on Thursday never recieved them called for towels 7am friday they never came went down to lobby at 730am spoke with someone behind the desk he claim they was on their waybto my room with them the towels never came i had to go back down to the lobby and request that the front desk give me towels he went and only grab me two towels and two wash cloth and claimed someone would be up with the rest. We all got showered and dress i had to shower and dry off with had towels as we were leaving the room to get or uber to the port a housekeeping person was at the door to give me towels... Nice hotel but housekeeping sucks!

I booked a twin room that was advertised as having adjustable beds. I was placed in a room with no adjustable beds. The room was super tiny and the bathroom glass enclosure did nothing to provide privacy. If you were to be staying with anyone other than a spouse or family, there is no private place to change clothes and talk about awkward...I was only in for 1 night as I was cruising the next morning. There is nothing great about this place. Adequate would be an overstatement. Reviews I read seems like this would be a cool and different place to stay...but it's maybe a little too different for my tastes. While the concept seems neat, execution left a lot to be desired and I most definitely will never stay at this hotel chain again.
