The property fails to inform that the studio apartment.. is backyard. The first 2 days the grass was not cut making it look extremely messy. The air conditioning unit was not well secured to the wall, all the carbon monoxide exhaust from the air conditioning just stayed inside.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I booked this apartment stayed for 3 nights had 6 days left on the booking they don’t want to give me a refund knowing I have a heart condition the left side of my heart is enlarged and my blood pressure went up to 200 while staying on my own at the apartment so I had to unfortunately leave on the 30th April when arriving 26th April my check out was the 6th even before that I asked to check out later than 11 they said I have to book another room so I did that and they won’t even give me my money back for that either they are not fair at all all they want is peoples money.

The hosts are terrible, the communication before check in was minimal- only answering basic information and unable to confirm details about the property. When we arrived at the unit and tried to check in, we were shocked to see garbage everywhere and a window was smashed broken, the glass door I was broken by a rock, the unit , the garbage was all around the property, the property for sure was not ready to rent out.We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we could not even enter the unit as it seemed like there was a huge party here the night before and/or someone tried to break into the unit. Upon this happening, the host tried to transfer me to the property manager and we could not reach him at all and even heard they hang up the line on us. This is ridiculous as we arrived late at night and were stranded without a place to stay with a small baby with us. We expect that at least the host and property manager try to explain what happened and help us find another accommodation however we were left to fend for ourselves. Truly disappointing and would never book with them again.
