My husband and I, along with a co-worker, booked this unit for 6 weeks for a temporary job in the Wynwood area of Miami. At the last minute, our dates changed, and we needed to shift our reservation back one week. The owners were unbelievably accommodating, and allowed the change with no additional charge.
The building is in a very trendy area, with a great deal of night life (we did not partake, as we were merely in town for work, and avoided crowds because of COVID). The building is quite secure, and followed all CDC guidelines during our stay. The unit is on the 11th floor, with expansive views. It was exactly as advertised, and very well appointed for a long-term stay. There is parking for one vehicle, and a bike-storage unit in the 4th floor parking garage.
Our only disappointment was that the oven was only partially functional, and because of COVID and our work schedules, we found that somewhat limiting. To their credit, however, the owners did provide an Air Fryer to try to make up for the incapacitated oven. I believe they planned to obtain the back-ordered parts for the oven, so perhaps by the time this is read, it will be working again! And if we are to be completely truthful, it would be nice to perhaps have a couple of table lamps in the living room... maybe for the future!
Overall impression is that the unit is quite nice, the building is clean and well-run (close to night life and the Wynwood Art District), and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend booking!
