When I arrived, they said, they do not have the room I boomed available so they gave me another type of room for the first night. This annoying process took one hour at 3:00AM. They asked me to move to the original room I selected on the second day which was like another check in and check out. It took all of my time until 3:00PM on the second day. I asked them for compensation, they said we gave you 20% discount on all 3 nights but you should call expedia to get it. Today I spent long time to talk to an expedia agent and eventually she said the hotel just gave 20% discount on the first night which is $70 while the hotel said it is around $300. They lied and cheated. Very bad experience!

In general dirty.. impossible to walk barefoot in the room. no water pressure at all at the shower.. And the small refrigerator was so noisy that i had to unplug it to sleep
