The shower was horrible. Not clean and the shower head needed to be changed. The iron in the room was leaking water instead of steaming. Paid too much for one night to have these problems. It is a must to be able to take a decent shower when traveling!!!

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Pool not heated but that was fine with us, nice area with tables to relax. Lobby area with plenty of seating to watch tv or wait for airport shuttle. Breakfast was enough, typical of a free breakfast, waffles, cereal, eggs. Only problem was no hot water in our room. Close to airport, not may restaurants in the area to walk to. Would stay here again.

Stayed overnight before a cruise. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard, but did the job. The shuttle from the airport was fast and instructions were clear to find the pick up spot. Check-in staff was very friendly and check out couldn't have been simpler.

Really accommodating hotel! Had shuttles to our cruise port and to the hotel. Even made AMAZNG accommodations when arrived back to the hotel before regular check. Definitely recommend if you are going on a cruise.

Very impressed by this hotel. Picked up from airport and drop off at cruise port were included and hassle free. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fun for my kids as they got to make their own waffles in the waffle maker. Pool area was a nice touch to relax by in the morning before our cruise pick up too. Very impressed at the value for money this hotel provided. Would definitely book again if coming back to Miami.
