Was our first time coming to the states and we needed a place to stay for a cruise we were catching the next day. They offered a shuttle service from the airport which was very nice! The driver was friendly and it was only a short distance away. When we got to the hotel we were immediately impressed by the hotel and how clean and pretty it was. Very modern and stylish. There was a slight hiccup though as we booked through Expedia when we arrived they couldn’t find our booking which was pretty panic inducing as we wouldn’t know where else to stay especially for the price at the time as the room was almost double if we booked there on the spot but the front desk staff worked around it for us and honoured the price we booked it for on Expedia once we showed them the booking we had made on Expedia was there. Sooo so thankful for them as we would’ve been in quite a pinch otherwise especially since we were staying there with other family who already checked in ahead of us as they also were going on the cruise. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful I can’t stress that enough :) they have a nice restaurant in the building as well with great service. Room was amazing to us as we never seen such a large room at any of the hotels we stayed at in Canada it has beautiful large windows and a beautiful bathroom with a massive shower. Overall amazing experience and I’ll definitely stay here in the future next time I’m back in Miami!
