Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE

Great affordable apartment in the Brickell area. Great views and location. Free parking space is included, which is a major plus! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the balcony view on the 30th floor. We did not enjoy that our neighbor were smoking marijuana and the strong smell as we walk to and from our room. As far as the overall cleanliness of the apartment were not as clean as we anticipated. Floors were sticky and dirty! We walk bare feet and our feet were black by the end of the night! Call customer requesting an extra bathroom tissue and The lady said “it’s not a hotel service our crew already left for the day! This is horrible customer service, we never got our toilet paper and ended up going to the lobby to use the bathroom for two days straight! Very disappointed, will not return.

The apartments are really beatiful and located close to eating and nightlife. The ceilings a tall and the rooms spacious. Our bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

Property was actually really nice the room I stayed in had dirty tiles in the bathroom, dishes was not washed properly like it was a rushed job. Not enough dish washer products no tv in the second bedroom. Plus is the great view , good walking and driving distance from south beach and necessities

the train was VERY noisy even with the patio door closed. Also my sheets were 😱 that I didn’t even notice until I was checking out looking for my phone. Luckily I didn’t sleep in my bed and fell asleep in the living room.

Seems more like an air bnb property. Some of the appliances didnt work. No maid service at all. We had to reuse the same dirty towels and no additional soaps and shampoos were made available. Family of 4. Our other apt came without wash rags. We checked in at night. No real help from reception. All help would need to come from offices that closed at 4pm. Overall disappointing.

The stay was decent but won’t stay there again

The stay was ok. The staff was rude on the day of check-In. We had to wait until after 4pm because they said they couldn’t verify my payment when the room was paid for back in June. I had a receipt and confirmation for proof and we still had to wait until somebody verified everything. The front desk worker really don’t know nothing. We couldn’t request extra towels from them instead had to call a 1800 number and then they didn’t want to give more towels, saying it was washing powder in the room. So I had to purchase more washing powder just to wash towels because it was trip with 5 females. The one pack of washing powder provided wasn’t enough to do anything with. And they never gave us 5 wash towels to begin with. So I suggest you bring your own bath towels. The condo was decent and I enjoyed the view but that was about it.

Honestly, this property was amazing. The view was perfect and we loved the balcony. We walked into the hotel and we were greeted immediately! The concierge were great and very quick. When we entered our room it smelt so clean and was nice and cold! Definitely am going to book this again but we will stay longer next time. I highly recommend this property and if you have any questions at all they have very quick and kind responses!

The area was safe and walkable to restaurants and city center mall (maybe one mile). The service and check in was very friendly and easy. We appreciated the free parking spot. The unit we stayed in did need some updating as it is an older building particularly the shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Posh Living While in Miami

We stayed here 2 different times on our recent trip, once in Rm 3505 & the other in Rm 3105. Rm 3505 had very nice upkeep on it. Rm 3105 looked nicer furniture wise, but it had several maintenance issues that should be attended to - dryer knob falls off, light fixture in bedroom missing, outlet not working in bathroom, numerous light bulbs out, no cover plate for outlet in living room. It's a lovely place and pretty posh. Swimming pool outside is really nice! We had absolutely no issues with check in or check out. Friendly personnel and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here once again if in the area!
