RUDE staff. We can forgive a lot of things, but the blatant rudeness of the front desk staff was too much to overlook. A woman greeted us with a vacant stare, treated us like we were idiots, and gave side-eye glances at us when speaking to a front desk colleague when we inquired about an early check-in. Also, we understand Spanish, so we heard and understood every word they said about us. It was hard to believe ... all we were doing was checking in to the hotel. There was no reason to treat us like trash.
The washer/dryer was not as pictured - a new set - but was probably 20+ years old and you could only use on or the other, but not both simultaneously.
This, and I wanted to take a bath - but the bathtub stopper was broken. I reported this and asked for a stopper, but no one responded to my request.
Lastly, the unit looks like it was furnished from a thrift store. (The bed was comfortable, though. One bright spot.)
We're frequent travelers. We don't have huge expectations - but everyone should expect to be greeted with kindness and professionalism by hotel staff at check-in. Nuvo is the worst.
