"After waiting a few minutes for anyone to appear at the front desk to check-in, I rng their bell and 2 people popped out from behind the wall. We had booked for 4 people in our room and had 2 bath towels. It seemed like there was a place for hairdryer, but it was missing. When I was asking the Front Desk for more towels, I also asked about the hair dryer (not a big deal for some, but I have long hair to my lower back. I really didn't want to go to bed with soaking wet hair, after checking in at nearly 9pm. The gentleman said some rooms don't have hair dryers or are missing them and he could check but if our room doesn't have one, there's not much he can do. Great, thanks....The shower...gross...it looked like there was mold on the corner shelves and on the vertical seams of the back wall. The toilet was loose....from the floor-it hit the wall when standing up. When we checked out at 6am, I had to ring the bell again and wait for someone to appear. The gentleman asked for our room number, said you're all set....no how was your stay, nothing."
