The apartment we stayed at was unacceptable. The heat was too much, unbearable even. I asked to be moved and that wasn’t possible. I asked for an extra fan, and that wasn’t possible. Since the moment we arrived, we were waiting for over an hour to get the codes to go in. We arrived around 10:00 pm, it was raining and we had to wait. The apartment was not clean up to our standards, and nothing was done about it either, even after I expressed it to you.
The least you can do is provide a full refund for such a terrible experience.
